Live Cell Submission Requirements
To send live cells for g-banded karyotyping, fastFISH, SKY or aCGH analysis please submit one 'Testing Request Form' (below) for each sample and follow the 'Live Cell Shipping Instructions' (below). Please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance to notify us of your shipment.
DNA Submission Requirements
To send genomic DNA for STR or aCGH analysis please submit one 'Testing Request Form' (below) for each sample and follow the 'DNA Shipping Instructions' (below). Please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance to notify us of your shipment.

WiCell Cytogenetics Laboratory offers complimentary sample pick-up
service for researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
To schedule a pick-up of live cells for g-banded karyotyping, fastFISH,
SKY or aCGH analysis please follow the 'UW Courier Instructions' (below)
and complete one 'Testing Request Form' (below) for each sample. You
can also deliver your cells via instructions on the 'Testing Request
Form'. Please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours in
advance to notify us of your shipment.
