Prerequisites
To be considered for enrollment:
You should have had at least six months of sterile tissue culture experience in the last five years.
You should have an understanding of the basic principles of animal cell culture. Our course in human pluripotent stem cell culture techniques is not intended to be an introduction to sterile technique of basic tissue culture.
Please note that methods of human pluripotent stem cell-directed differentiation to specific lineages and new cell line derivation are not taught in this course.
