Powered by BiozThis Beta2Microglobulin-targeted cell line is a modified version of Elf1. One allele is negative for B2M, the other expresses an HLA-E heavy chain covalently fused to B2M through a flexible (G4S)4 linker, which can bind a normal repertoire of peptides for antigen presentation.
