This dual reporter cell line is a modified version of WA01 (H2), engineered to target EFNB2 with tdTomato and EPHB4 with EGFP to evaluate arteriovenous specification. The tdTomato reporter is expressed upon differentiation to primary arterial endothelial cells (AECs). The EGFP reporter is expressed upon differentiation to venous endothelial cells (VECs).
