Powered by BiozThis dual reporter cell line is a modified version of WA01 (H1). Upon differentiation, VEC+ endothelial cells express tdTomato, and CD43+ hematopoietic progenitors express eGFP. WA01 cells were transfected with construct AAVS CE43-EGFP at passage 26. Seven passages later, cells were modified again with CD144-tdTomato to create the dual reporter cell line.
