This cell line is a modified version of DF19-9-7T, engineered to contain CloverGFP and a puromycin resistance gene driven by the EF1a promoter. Ubiquitous and stable GFP expression clones were selected with puromycin selection. This cell line maintains constitutive expression of GFP.
