  2. Upload your purchase order and any necessary protocols relating to your submission.
  3. Print the packing slip to include with your samples.
  4. Prepare your sample for shipping according to the instructions found in your confirmation email and below.

For University of Wisconsin Madison Researchers:

WiCell Characterization Laboratory offers complimentary sample pickup service for researchers at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

To schedule a pickup of live cells for g-banded karyotyping, FISH, mycoplasma, STR, or microarray analysis please complete a request using our online submission request at least 24 hours in advance, print a packing slip to include with your samples and email us at [email protected] with your request details.
