This cell line is a modified version of iPS DF19-9-7T, genetically engineered by ZNFs to insert a DOX-inducible ETV2 construct into AAVS1 locus. Overexpression of ETV2 at different stages of differentiation can be used to study endothelial and hematopoietic specification from hPSCs. In addition, this cell line can be used to generate endothelial cells from hPSCs by treatment with doxycycline.
