This reporter cell line is a modified version of WC007i-FX13-2 engineered to knock in a Nano-luciferase gene into the endogenous human FMR1 gene. This reporter cell line detects FMR1 gene reactivation in human neural cells and can be a valuable resource to identify novel compounds for FMR1 gene reactivation studies.
