Down syndrome (Russell) Collection
This collection, deposited by Dr. David Russell from the University of Washington, consists of a parental Down Syndrome (DS) cell line, hIPSC-Tri21-c2-4, and its corrected disomic subclones, hIPSC-Di21-c2-4-3 and hIPSC-Di21-c2-4-4. The third copy of chromosome 21 was removed from the disomic subclones by using a combination of gene targeting and negative selection.
