Powered by BiozThis cell line is a modified version of WA01 (H1) engineered using homologous recombination to insert a GFP Neomycin cassette under control of the POUF1 gene (Oct4). Cells expressing Oct4 express GFP and are positively selectable using neomycin. These cells can readily differentiate and may require continued maintenance in the absence of selection.
