As our Human Resources Manager, Amber works to develop and enhance processes and programs in human resources specifically in recruitment, diversity, employee development, compensation, and benefits. She enjoys creating partnerships with staff and supporting their needs. Prior to WiCell Amber worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Sizzling Platter where she managed all of the worker compensation claims for 170+ restaurants and assisted with payroll processing. She then joined the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist and managed the payroll and benefits administration and employee on-boarding. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University. She also holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. At WiCell Amber enjoys supporting a group that is passionate, driven, and friendly.
