Davena works remotely from her home in Phoenix, AZ as a Cytogenetics Specialist, analyzing chromosomes from stem cell cultures. She has worked in the field of cytogenetics since 2002, primarily in clinical cancer cytogenetics - including performing both Cytogenetic and FISH analysis on blood and bone marrows samples as well as FISH analysis on FFPE tissues.
Davena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University as well as an ASCP certification in Cytogenetics.
