Prior to joining WiCell Erica trained at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research center in Seattle, WA where she was employed for 10 years.  She then made the move to Idaho and worked in the Cytogenetics Diagnostic Laboratory followed by 3 years at PAML before moving to Madison.  Erica holds a Bachelor of Science from Boise State University and a Cytogenetics certification by ASCP.  As a Cytogenetics Technologist at WiCell Erica can be found analyzing human and mice chromosomes.  Erica loves the schedule flexibility she has here at WiCell, which allows for a great work/life balance. Outside of WiCell Erica reads approximately 100 books a year and is addicted to Broadway musicals.
