Renee Radecki, Cytogenetics Specialist


As a Cytogenetics Specialist with WiCell Renee works offsite from her home in Santa Fe, New Mexico performing chromosome analysis of stem cell cultures. Renee holds her Bachelor of Science in Biology from New Mexico State University and is ASCP certified in Cytogenetics. Renee brings 30+ years of cytogenetics experience having previously worked at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Genzyme Genetics in Santa Fe, NM, and Tricore Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM. Her primary focus has been karyotyping and reporting of cancer cases.

Renee enjoys the research side of cytogenetics. "It is a refreshing change from clinical cytogenetics. I like remote work and have fun at the social gatherings with other remote workers in the Santa Fe area".  

In her spare time Renee enjoys playing gold and skiing.  In the summer she enjoys traveling to Montana to fish.
