Susan Langbehn, Contract Manager
As WiCell’s Contract Manager, Susan manages the contractual obligations of WiCell; having extensive experience with customer service, agreement compliance, and database compliance Susan processes all agreements related to stem cell orders and maintains associated documentation required by WARF and WiCell staff and licensees. Susan also serves as the primary contact for fulfilling customer orders and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
