H1-FMR1-FLAG
This cell line is a modified version of WA01 (H1) engineered to FLAG tag the FMR1 gene. Mutations in the FMR1 gene cause Fragile X syndrome. Isogenic cell lines WA01 and H1-FMR1-KO are available from WiCell.
