This cell line is a modified version of the YZ1 iPS cell line (YZ1 is derived from IMR90 fibroblasts), engineered to induce mutation of the DISC1 exon. This gene disruption segregates with schizophrenia and related psychiatric disorders.**Upon testing, the current lot of material did not meet WiCell`s standards for quality, and it is therefore unavailable.
